Be courageous in the face of your enemies!!

This is to encourage all those who are Israel. No matter what anyone tells you always remember that it is Yahweh Elohim, the King of the Universe that will guide and protect his chosen people.

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 20:1-4 "When you go out to battle against your enemies, and see horses and chariots, people more numerous than you, do not be afraid of them; for Yahweh your Elohim is with you, who brought you up from the land of Egypt. "So it shall be, when you are on the verge of battle that the priest shall approach and speak to the people." And he shall say to them, 'Hear, O Israel: Today you are on the verge of battle with your enemies. Do not let your heart faint, do not be afraid, and do not tremble or be terrified because of them; 'for Yahweh your Elohim, He who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.'

This passage was literally given to the children of Israel so that when they went out to battle a physical enemy they would be strong and courageous. I believe that this passage is an encouragement to all of us who are his chosen people today. We face many enemies physical and spiritual. The key is to not be afraid in the face of someone who may come against you for your faith.

Be courageous in times of water and fire!!

To be apart of Yisra'el יִשְׂרָאֵל (Israel) means to be Yahweh's special possession.

Turn to the words of the prophet: Yesheyahu (Isaiah) 43:1-3 1) But now, thus says Yahweh, who created you, O Ya`akov, And He who formed you, O Yisra'el: "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine. 2) When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you. 3) For I Yahweh your Elohim, The Holy One of Yisra'el, your Savior; I gave Egypt for your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in your place.

We see at the end of verse 1 that Yahweh states that Yisra'el is His. Therefore we who have come to the understanding that we are Yisra'el can have the confidence that we are Yahweh's. We need to have the unwavering faith that these promises apply to all of us today.

Now look at verse 2 here we see that Yahweh will still protect us from the water and from the fire. Remember that our people walked through the Reed Sea on dry ground Shemot (Exodus) 14:16, 22 and crossed the Yarden (Jordan) river on dry ground Yahoshua (Joshua) 3:17 so understand that what has happened before will happen again. Remember the faithful three, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego to whom the fire had no power Daniye'l (Daniel) 3:21-29 they were saved and unharmed. We then should hold onto these promises with courage and shalom (peace).

In Verse 3 we see that Yahweh is stating that He is our savior. We therefore can be assured that in Yochanan (John) 10:30 when Yeshua states that he and the Father are one that Yeshua is Yahweh in the flesh! Why else would the leaders want to stone Yeshua?

Be encouraged with these words, may they uplift you and give you confidence that you are Yahweh our Elohim's special possession.
